
I am an experienced psychotherapist, and my journey into the world of psychodynamic therapy started more than 20 years ago. I feel deeply passionate about what I do and I approach therapy with hope.
My therapeutic style is centred around personal growth, respect, collaboration and empathy. I create a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences. My aim is to help you alleviate your pain and help you become more aware of your feelings and patterns of relating to yourself and others.
I am a qualified professional, BACP Accredited member, I specialize in individual therapy with adults, long-term/time-limited once weekly. I am fully trained and qualified to provide on-line and face to face therapy. My education includes MSc, The International Institute of Depth Psychology (IIDP), and The Diploma and The Advanced Diploma (MSc) in Psychodynamic Therapy, The Counselling Foundation. I am also a certificated bereavement therapist and hold a certificate from Cruse Bereavement Care. I adhere to the Code of Ethics of my professional bodies.
